Meet Den.

People, purpose and possibilities have always been at the heart of my work.

I'm Den Lim, founder and principal consultant of Impact Partners VIC.

With more than 20 years of experience across business development, community development, philanthropy, project development and stakeholder engagement, I've seen what can happen when people have the clarity, connections and support to turn an idea into action.

My approach combines practical business experience, curiosity and a genuine interest in people. I believe good work starts with listening, meaningful partnerships and understanding what success looks like for the people involved.

Impact Partners VIC brings that approach together across coaching, consultancy, advisory, grants, facilitation and community connection.
